QRReview generates branded QR codes pre-loaded with a direct Google review link, removing friction from the customer review flow at Thirsty Aztec venues. Built with Python and the qrcode library, outputting print-ready PNGs at multiple resolutions. Increased review volume by eliminating the search step for customers.

**ThirstyReviews** automates SMS/iMessage review requests by bridging a web app to native messaging via osascript, eliminating manual outreach while maintaining personal delivery. The Flask microservice runs isolated on a Mac, accepts authenticated POST requests over Tailnet, and executes AppleScript to send messages at scale. Converts review acquisition into a one-click funnel that improved response rates by routing through customers' native messaging apps.
